1) On webkinz.com it says to log in to Webkinz World and go to the Contact Us section of the Newz. (The site was down while during this post, so I don't have further instructions. In fairness to them, it is 2:23 am CST and kids should be in bed now.)
2) Webkinz Customer Service number: 1-866-932-5469. These are the instructions you'll currently hear:
- Send an e-mail to support@webkinz.com
- The number won't accept voicemail.
- Enter your service code if you have it. (I think you get this after you e-mail them.)
- Leave your first name and phone number. A service representative will call you back.
- If you've left a message w/in the past 24-48 hours, don't leave another one.
- Office hours are M-F, 9am - 5pm EST.

I cant access the webkinz page it starts to load than switchs me to a diffrent kind of page and stays all white. I spent alot of money on my webkinz and now i can even play with them!
I have purchased over a dozen Webkinz for my daughter and she has been enjoying them and the website for months. Up until a week ago when she has been denied login because her "personal information doesn't match". Nothing has been changed or altered so this is terribly frustrating. I'd like to speak to a Webkinz website employee, if that info could be provided. Anyone else got thru the same trouble?
The Tournament Area is not working for my children. The KinzChat will not stay running in order to play Opponent type games. My kids always had fun playing games against each other (I have two computers) and now they cannot, they are very upset and I have emailed Webkinz numerous times and no response. This has been going on for months. Are others having the same problem????
Call 1-905-851-6661 and press 0 (zero) for the operator when asked. Then tell her you need to be connected to the customer support. This worked for us. Remember, you are calling CANADA, so some of their 1800 numbers don't work. You may be cut off a couple of times, but keep trying with the operator.
The person who helped us told us to push F5 to "refresh" the screen (as if this were obvious) Stupid service, but the solution worked. Our screen constantly told us that webkinz was down for daily maintenance and would be back at 4 pm EST (no matter what computer we used, on what day, with what account).
My kids have 12 webkinz between them purchased over the last 7 months along with clothing, bags, cards etc. They both tried to log onto their accounts and have been denied access. I e mailed their customer service and was told to re enter all the codes. Like I kept all that, now I am getting ticked. The phone is never answered and my kids are getting really upset (will our webkinz 'die' if we don't feed it?). Considering the amount of $$$ they have made out of this fad you would think that they could afford to pay someone to man the phones.

does anyone else have to down load adobe flash player in order to get into webkinz? we try to down load every single time we log into webkinz and we have been unable to get into webkinz for weeks.

The only way that I have found that you can contact Ganz (without entering a pre-recorded message) is to go to http://www.ganz.com/contact/index.html. It is very annoying that it is so hard to get an answer to your question!
A very unhappy and frustrated Mom, on your Webkinz tag it says VERY CLEARLY, "Keep this tag, it is your entrance into Webkinz World if you forget your password." If you did not take the time to read that, it is your own fault that your kids cannot use your accounts. TIP TO OTHER READERS - ALWAYS KEEP YOUR WEBKINZ TAGS!

i have spent so much money on webkinz the least they can do is help i have iteams stuck in rooms so with animals the site is so aggevating! i have so many complants but so little time i wish some 1 could HELP!!!!!!!

I have logged on to 'I love Webkinz' many times for all 7 days. It seems that "tho and Percy" win quite often. It would be nice to see somebody else win after entering for 7 days - My 2 sisters also log in on the same days as me - are these to only other people that visit 7 days a week? This is real frustrating. Because of my job, my children and I are living in different state right now. I enjoy playing with my kids in Webkinz world. A lot of times glitches and quit it self and now server is down totally!
We are so disappointed and frustrated that we can not play together in webkinz. Many of our friends and families spend a lot of money and showing their love to purchase webkinz toy and you guys are giving us this kind service. If you can not deliver the service well? Why did you start the business?Is this the way your company making money and teaching children to learn how to cope with disappointments and frustration? Terrible!!!
jonathen i totaly agree, not only do i get bad acsess on webkinz ALOT!!!!!!! i spend all my money on buying just one!!!!! if your going to give that kind of survace, at least lower you webkinz prices so all of us can play and aford to have fun in webkinz world!!!!! and if you dont want to lower your prices at leaset get a better conection, so that way we can all enjoy webkinz world at a low price, good conection safe wonderful fun site of webkinz world!!!!!

Can anyone help, we are in the UK and up to 4 weeks ago we had been able to play on the site then we were unable to log in. We open the home page and when we click on log in it redirects us to a search engine with an erroe message that the connection maybe broken. I am finding it very difficult to get any help with this.
